April 28, 2020 Update

Please be informed that our WEBSTORE remains open for orders and inquiries 24/7. In partnership with manufacturers we've been working with for years, we're able to help make high-quality health and safety products available to the public.  

Shelter-In-Place ordinances have been extended to May 31, 2020 in the Santa Clara County, California.
We ship all orders while the stay-at-home orders are in place. We are still unable to offer Will-Call at this time.

Our team remains dedicated to supporting your business as you make all efforts to connect with your customers during this tough time. We are available to answer your questions and receive your orders via our website, telephone, email and social media.

In compliance with our county's new Public Health Order, our Santa Clara office and showroom will still be closed. The Shelter In Place order has been extended through May 3, 2020.

We will fulfill Design, Customization and Print orders within the best possible turnaround time. All print orders will continue to be for shipping only. Our goal is to ship them on the same day of completion or within the next business day.

Our Hearts and prayerful thoughts go out to everyone impacted by the COVID-19 outbreak. Like most of you, we believe that we can get through this crisis together.

In support of Santa Clara County's efforts to slow the spread of Coronavirus and so maximum number of people will self-isolate, we are implementing the following adjustments in our operations effective immediately.

Our Santa Clara, CA Office will be closed on Mar 17 to Apr 7, 2020

1. Our office and showroom at 2086 Walsh Ave., Ste B1, Santa Clara, CA will be closed per Santa Clara County Public Health's Order for Non-Essential Businesses' facilities in the county to cease activities from March 17 to April 7, 2020.

We will also not be available for off-site physical appointment within that period.

2. Online Services: Customer Service & Design

We will maintain Customer Service and Design Team Members to help you online during business hours 
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST

3. Impact on Production and Shipping of Job Orders
a. If you have a pending order with us, we will keep you posted on its status including potential fulfillment schedule change if there is any.

b. Depending on the availability of the facilities we use outside the Santa Clara County and courier services (USPS, FedEx, UPS), we may fulfill and ship orders within Mar 17 and Apr 7, however our standard turnaround time may be adjusted. We will let you know before we finalize your order.

c. All orders will be processed for shipping via third-party courier only. Customer pick-up is not available.
